PINE offers the opportunity for post-doctoral or equivalent level researchers to get together in an informal environment, share their work and learn what else is going in the nuclear energy research community.
More experienced post-docs will give presentations giving overviews of areas of research that the UK currently is focusing on. Representatives from the nuclear industry and funding councils will be on hand to offer career advice and insights into the future of nuclear energy research in the UK.
A complimentary lunch and evening social is offered to registered participants, funded by the Nuclear Champion Grant.
