Training
The Network will provide financial support for full time post-graduate students to attend CPD courses relevant to nuclear data measurement and application provided, for example, by the Nuclear Technology Education Consortium (NTEC). Courses available include:
• Nuclear fuel cycle
• Reactor Physics Criticality and Design
• Radiation and Radiological Protection
• Experimental Reactor Physics
• Radiation Shielding
In addition, the Network will organize courses as required for new users of Monte Carlo radiation transport codes such as MCNP and GEANT4.
